sanjay_jainMr. Sanjay Mishra has joined the organization as President in the year of 2018, before this he was actively involved with the organization in different responsibilities. He is having rich experience of social change in grass root, especially on primary education. He has worked with SOPAN in Seoni district, Action Aid at Bhopal on education. He is good writer and thinker on current socio-politic situation, Mr. Sanjay Mishra is very active in social development sector in Seoni district, involving and advocating on issues of child rights. He is post graduate and completed his B.Ed. from Jabalpur university. Simple living and high thinking is proven by him, he is always visioning for just society and always busy to work in change, he is expert of child rights, consumer rights and rights of tribal communities.

Ameen-CharlesMr. Ameen Charles is a founder member and Executive Director of Community Development Centre. After completing his post graduation in Social Science and Economics, he entered into social work in 1995 as Development Coordinator for JDSSS in Mandla. He is an active learner and worked there for more than four years on different issues. Then he came to Balaghat to continue his work in the district. He worked with XIDAS in Jabalpur on networking of local NGO and district profiling of Balaghat district. He coordinated district level network of local NGO District Action Group. In 2003, he took an initiative in establishing CDC with some other likeminded people. Since then he has been working with CDC as one of fulltime staff members. The CDC has grown up well under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Ameen Charles. He has been awarded Youth Action Net, ICPRD, Indian Achievers Forum.

Ramesh_YadavMr. Ramesh Yadav is a very good development worker. He joined CDC in the year 2009 as a member and now he is the joint secretary of the organsiation. He has vast experience in rural development. He worked for MP Rural Livelihood Programme as the team leader and presently he is working with JDSSS as Programme Officer. A dedicated person, he has very good ideas on bringing change in the life of poor people. He is an expert in watershed development, community planning and implementation of development plan at the grass root level.

RubinaMs. Rubina Shah is a very dynamic personality in development sector. She is one of the founder members of the organization. He worked with SOPAN and MPRLP and has good experience in rural development. He is also heading an organization working on women issues in Seoni district.

OM PRAKASH DHUWAREMr. Om Prakash Dhuware who starts his career with CDC in 2003. He has been worked with organization for around five years as Field Supervisor in Integrated Nutrition and Health Programme, which was supported by CARE India. After that he has been worked in DFID Supported PACS Programme. Then he joined as PFT Members at Mandla district in MPRLP. When the project has been over and merged with NRLP he has been transferred to Balaghat and since last three years he is working in Balaghat as Block Coordinator. He has good training skills and vast experience to work with in rural community with women and expertise on formation and strengthening of SHG (Self Help Group). He is doing very effectively with rural women to develop their small business and enterprises. He is having capacities for developing of business proposal, implementation strategies, monitoring and evaluation and also management of accounts of the SHG. He has been associated with CDC as member to volunteer his experiences and services for the betterment of rural women.

Amar KatreMr. Amar Lal Katre is an engineer from rural a very small village of Khairlanji Block of Balaghat district, he has been worked for long in Gujrat on education. He has been developed many techniques to provide tension free learning, his focus in on providing practical base learning for math and science. He has been established a company in name of Armour Future Tech and serving to many private schools in Balaghat district. He has very interactive technique and method of learning in simple way. He has developed many projects for math for primary to higher secondary classes. He is very much devoted to provide good and quality education to children’s in rural areas. He has established a school in Khairlanji and providing good education to children’s. He has organize local youth and develop a team of teachers and giving continue trainings to these youths to use simple method of teaching to math and science. He has been serving organization school at GARHI. He is very simple person and always thinking for child education, now he has joined organization as executive member to serve in rural tribal areas.

Mahima ShandilyaMAHIMA SHANDILYA is a successful entrepreneur from Garhi village, She is very much active and owner of KIOSK and also associated with MP Grameen Bank as Bank Correspondence since 2011. She is graduate and trained teacher. She has established a very good example for girls of rural area who want to be independent. She is active in social development activities, she has been worked more than five years as SHG facilitator, and she has formed many women SHG in area and train them. In 2017 she has establish her KIOSK with taking membership from MPONLINE and CSC, She runs her kiosk very nicely and giving proper and full information to client who come to get services. She is very much devoted for her work. Mahima has joined CDC as Executive Member to serve more and more women and girls, who have dreaming to become a entrepreneur.
